In this workshop, we will address the fundamental principles of knee health and strength, as well as provide some direction on how to troubleshoot any chronic knee issues or old injuries that may be lingering so that participants can work their way to pain-free knee ability.
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
1. Essential principles for knee health and strength.
2. Exercises to strengthen key muscles surrounding the knee
3. How to strengthen connective tissue, to strengthen the knee joint itself
4. Proper regressions and progressions for each exercise
5. Proper form coaching will be provided
6. Expectations and other key factors in building your knee ability
7. Crucial recovery protocols
8. Emergency knee protocols
Participants should wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle, any questions they may have, and materials to take notes with if desired.
